Join the Center for Teaching & Learning for a series of gatherings to strategize ways and mobilize for action to improve Marquette’s support for and retention of faculty of color.

These gatherings would be face-to-face facilitated conversations, flex option for faculty who need to attend online, with a goal of taking action in support of the University’s stated goals to “move beyond boundaries” and create an authentic culture of inclusion.

The four frames to be addressed within each gathering are:

  • Representation
  • Environment (Internal Engagement)
  • Scholarship & Learning
  • Engaging Diverse Communities
