2022 FACULTY SYMPOSIUM PART I In-Person
Teaching AND LEARNING As A radical Act of hope in the 21st century:
Student Success Strategies, Metacognition, and Classroom Climate
January 12, 2022
8:00 am – 12:30 pm
VIRTUAL EVENT via Zoom
In the fast-paced movement of society, in a post-pandemic world, and in an environment where equity means more than ever, how does an instructor keep up with it all and ensure our students leave our institutions ready for life and the world? Join us for a day of inspiration, collaboration, and how we can address the student of today and tomorrow to ensure success for all in our classrooms. Blending cognitive science and learning theory, combined with inclusive practices, the discussion will be about providing approaches that are broadly applicable to all disciplines.
