What Your TA’s Want you to Know In-Person
This session focuses on helping faculty mentor their graduate students as TAs in their classes. We will discuss strategies for norming grading across TAs, helping TAs balance their teaching and research responsibilities, and how to provide helpful feedback to graduate students through dialogue with and observations of them.
